Can I return my order?

Yes. You may return any order placed on goodthingsatelier.com within 30 business days.
Before requesting a return, please ensure the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Our customer support team will be happy to assist you throughout the return and cancellation process.


Things to keep in mind when returning your order:

  • The return period is 7 business days from the date you receive your order.

  • Used or worn items cannot be returned.

  • To initiate a return, simply email us at [email protected] and notify us of your return request. Afterward, you may ship the product back to us.

Can I schedule a pickup for my return shipment?

Yes. You can call Yurtiçi Kargo Customer Service (444 99 99) to request a pickup from your address.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


I placed an order but changed my mind. Can I cancel it?

Yes. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel it by emailing us at [email protected].
If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait for delivery and then proceed with a return.


Can I reuse a discount code if I return a product?

If the campaign is still active, you may reuse your code.
However, if the campaign has ended, the code will no longer be valid.


When will I receive my refund?

Once the returned item arrives, we will inspect it for compliance with our return policy.
If it qualifies, the refund process will be completed within 2 to 10 days.
If the item does not meet return conditions, it will be sent back to your address.

You’ll receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
If you've received this message, it means your refund has been issued by Good Things.

You can track the refund status using your reference number in the "My Orders" section under "My Account", or by contacting your bank.

  • For credit cards, the refund typically appears within a few business days.

  • For debit cards, it may take longer depending on your bank.

Please note: For purchases made with installment plans, Good Things refunds the full amount to your bank in a single payment. Your bank will then distribute the refund over your original installment period.
(For example: if your order was paid in 3 installments, your refund will be credited over 3 months.)

If your order was placed using a free shipping campaign, and the remaining balance after a return no longer meets the campaign conditions, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
