Where are Good Things products made?

All products are handcrafted in Istanbul by skilled artisans in collaboration with İpek Erbay.

What materials are used in the products?

Good Things pieces are made using mixed techniques. The base materials are brass and silver, finished with 18k gold plating or 925 sterling silver.

Will the plating on my jewelry change color over time?

To prevent rapid oxidation, a high level of protective coating is applied to all Good Things products. However, over time, some slight changes in color may naturally occur.

How can I take better care of my jewelry?

To prolong the life of your jewelry, avoid contact with moisture, water, perfume, deodorant, hair spray, and other chemical cosmetics.
We also recommend storing your pieces in their original boxes to prevent tangling or damage when not in use.

What should I do if my product is damaged during use?

All items purchased through our website are covered under the Good Things warranty.
If your jewelry is damaged due to personal use (e.g., breakage, missing parts), we offer repair services for a fee.
Please contact us for repair assistance. Note that shipping costs for repairs are the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot accept responsibility for any damage resulting from repairs made by third-party workshops.
