Shipping & Delivery


After placing your order on goodthingsatelier.com, your package will be handed over to Yurtiçi Kargo within the time frame specified on the product detail page.
Yurtiçi Kargo delivers all domestic shipments within 1 to 5 business days.

You can track the preparation status of your order by logging into your account at goodthingsatelier.com and navigating to the "My Orders" section under "My Account".

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track the shipment status.


Important Notes About Delivery:

  • Orders are shipped on weekdays (Monday to Friday) during business hours.

  • Same-day shipping is available for orders placed before 3:30 PM.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

  • If the courier cannot reach you at your delivery address, a notice will be left. You are expected to collect your package from the specified branch within 3 business days. If not collected, the order will be returned to Good Things Atelier. In this case, please contact us at [email protected].
