Where are Good Things products manufactured?

- All products are manufactured in Istanbul by master artisans and Ipek Erbay together.

What materials are used in the products?

- Mixed techniques are used in the production of Good Things products. 18K gold or 925 sterling silver is used over brass and silver material.

Will the color of the product plating change?

- A high level of protection is used on Good Things products to prevent rapid oxidation. However, a certain degree of color variation in the plating may still be observed over time.

What should I do to make my products last longer?

- Contact with humid environments, water, and direct contact with chemical cosmetics such as perfume, deodorant, and hairspray are factors that can damage the plating of the products. Protecting your jewelry from these factors will allow you to use them for much longer. Additionally, we recommend storing your products in their original boxes when not in use to prevent them from getting tangled.

My product was damaged during use, what should I do?

- All products purchased from our website are under Good Things warranty. In case of any damage to your jewelry due to personal use (breakage, loss of parts, etc...), we provide a solution for a fee. We recommend that you contact us for the repair of your products. The repair shipping fee will be borne by the customer. We cannot take action for possible damages caused by maintenance and repairs performed in another workshop.
