Shipping and Delivery
After placing your order on goodthingsatelier.com, your order will be delivered to Yurtiçi Kargo within the time specified on the product detail page. Yurtiçi Kargo delivers all domestic orders within 1-5 business days. You can track the preparation stages of your order by logging into your goodthingsatelier.com account and going to the "My Orders" tab under the "My Account" section. After your order has been shipped, an automatic notification email will be sent to you by the system. You can easily track the journey of your package with the cargo tracking number provided in this email.
Things to consider regarding the delivery of your order:
·Your order will be delivered to the cargo company on weekdays, Monday - Friday, during business hours.
·Same-day shipping is valid for orders placed during the day and before 15:30.
·Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays can be delivered to the cargo company on the next business day.
. If the courier cannot find you at the address you provided; they will leave a note at your address. You are expected to pick up your package from the specified branch within 3 business days. If you do not pick it up, your package will be returned to Good Things Atelier. For undeliverable packages, you can send an email to info@goodthingsatelier.com.
